  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply visit the "Order Custom Cookies" tab on my website. Once you've made it through pricing, proceed to the request form where you can enter your information and submit a request.
  • How much notice do you need?
    I recommend placing an order request for custom cookies as far in advance as possible, especially during peak seasons. I generally book out 3-4 weeks in advance, and sometimes even more depending on the time of year. In general, two weeks notice is preferred. Feel free to reach out for urgent orders and I'll let you know if I can take it on! This will depend on complexity, how many cookies you need, and time. I need at least a 7 days' notice. Rush Fee Info Orders placed with a turnaround time under 7 days will require a rush fee of 20% of the order total to secure booking.
  • What is your payment and cancellation policy?
    PAYMENT: Payment in full is required to secure your order and pickup date. Once you submit your request for custom cookies and I have confirmed my availability, an invoice will be issued. Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. You can make payments via Venmo, PayPal, or using your credit card. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: I understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to cancel your order. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact me as soon as possible. Due to the custom nature of my product, once an order is confirmed and payment is made, I am unable to provide refunds. However, don't worry! You can use your payment towards a future order. I'm always excited to create something special for your next occasion. ️Order cancellations within 7 days of your pickup date will require Green Willow Cookie Company to retain 25% of payment and the remaining balance can be applied to a future order.
  • How do you price your cookies?
    My standard size cookies are priced at $5.00 per cookie and mini size are priced at $2.50 per cookie. My prices are determined based on factors such as size and intricacy of design, but most importantly, the time-consuming and skillful nature of this craft. Each order receives my full dedication and care. Beyond just cookies, you're purchasing custom works of art made with a whole lot of love!
  • Why is payment due upfront?
    All of my cookies are customized, and if you decide to cancel your order, I am unable to resell them. I request upfront payment to cover the costs of purchasing supplies and the time spent crafting custom designs for you.
  • How are your cookies packaged and how long do they stay fresh?
    All cookies come heat-sealed in food-safe cellophane bags for optimum freshness for about 10 days. Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months to preserve freshness.
  • Should I be aware of any food allergies?
    Products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, milk, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. Cottage Bakery We operate as a cottage food bakery which mean products are produced and baked out of my home and offer local pickup only. I do hold a food handler's certification.
  • Where do I pick up my order?
    Convenient porch pickup is in Southwest Lubbock, near Wolfforth.
